In the right hand column, you will see a call-out section named Categories. Selecting “Process” from the drop down menu box will allow you to sort blog posts by this individual category. The idea behind this is to give the reader a quick method to sort though articles that carry a similar topical vein.
Articles on “Sales Process” will include example discussion on topics such as usefully defining steps of the “sales cycle” for practical execution, identifying required supporting sales resources, integrating planning methodologies etc.
Process brings organization, repetition and cost-efficiency to the sales organization while allowing it to more nimbly pursue revenue growth and sales opportunities. It provides a basis for more concretely defining “success”.
